How do I prepare for a Pamper Me Mobile Party?
All you need to do to prepare for a Pamper Me Mobile Party is designate a space for your party! We take care of the rest. Our friendly party hostesses will bring everything needed for your party experience. Most of our parties will require access to running water.

What happens if I cancel my party?
Due to the reservation nature of our business, your deposit is non-refundable. However, if you must cancel for any reason we ask that you cancel at least 30 days in advance; we will make every attempt to reschedule your party within 30 days.

Payment Methods & Sales Tax
All payments are made using PayPal's secure system. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. There is a 8.75% NYS tax added to all invoices.


Where are the parties held?
WE BRING THE PARTY TO YOU! We coordinate the event at your chosen venue (your home, community clubhouse, country club, hotel, banquet hall, etc.). Please contact us to discuss a location with accommodating space.

Do you provide food and beverages?
Currently at this time we only provide cookies, cupcakes, and lemonade drinks that you may add to your party package. If you want to add a catered menu to your party we can assist you with that too. If you choose to provide your guests with lunch, we suggest finger foods such as pizza, chicken fingers or sandwiches and we will be happy to serve them. We ask that tomato based entrees (other than pizza); pastas, greasy or messy foods are not served as they can stain our linens and costumes and make clean up a challenge.

What if I don’t have enough room at my house?
We usually can provide a great party in a little space but you may want to reconsider the size of your guest list. If need be we can also help find an alternative party location. Contact us for more information.

What if I do not see the Theme the suits me?
WE LOVE custom orders and we're ALWAYS up for a challenge. Just let us know what theme you would like and we will create it for you! In addition, our custom packages can be tailored to your needs. We will be adding new themes and items to our party shop throughout the year- so keep checking in!

When is my final payment due?
Final balance is due on or before the day of your event and will be based upon your final headcount verified 5 days prior to your event. This information is important as it allows Pamper Me Mobile Parties to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of guest that is confirmed.

What if my entire guest is not on time?
We require 30 minutes set-up time before each party. Our parties operate according to a set schedule; therefore, all parties must start on time (weather permitting). Under absolutely no circumstances, will we be able to wait for latecomers. They may join in, at the point of the party's progression, when they arrive. If the party runs into overtime, due to no fault of Pamper me mobile parties, the parent or guardian of the child will be responsible for overtime fees (due upon receipt).
